1.Report and query of the incident by the complainant using a structured form and attached documents that support the same.
2. State query and final response by the complainant, when PWC and the ethics committee perform the analysis and evaluation of the report.
3. Follow-up of the case through a workflow between PWC and the client ethics committee, where a typing is carried out and a final response is generated.
4. Structured reports as help in the generation of PWC and Customer indicators.
